Our Mission/Vision

Mission: To provide leadership development resources that can be utilized by pastors, church leaders and organizations that will enable the development of team building and ministry in their respective ministry contexts.

Vision: In various parts of the world leaders will be equipped and will develop ministry teams to support the vision that God has given them for their community..

Scriptural Foundation:
Mark 6:7-13 - "And He summoned the twelve and began to send them out in pairs, and gave them authority over unclean spirits; and He instructed them that they should take nothing for their journey, except a mere staff - no bread, no bag, no money in their belt - but to wear sandals; and He added, 'Do not put on two tunics.' And He said to them, 'Wherever you enter a house, stay there until you leave town. . .' They went out and preached that men should repent.  And they were casting out many demons and were anointing with oil many sick people and healing them."

Likewise, we are to follow this example in principle: respond to HIS call to do ministry in teams!  First, with a ministry partner AND also together with our group, leadership team or Church.  Returning to a team-approach to doing ministry is long overdue.  Ellen White pleaded, “I now call upon presidents of conferences and men in responsible positions to set in operation every possible means by which the members of the churches may learn how to work for the perishing. Let those who have had experience teach those who are inexperienced. Let them pray together, and search the Word of God together. . . . Have we lost all sense of our position as the Lord’s chosen people, who are to represent Christ and to proclaim to the world the last message of mercy? ‘Ye are a chosen generation.’ ”
Ellen G. White, Manuscript Releases, vol. 4 (Silver Spring, MD: Ellen G. White Estate), 449.
